P2415Q Lock Icon flashing
Hello,
I have a P2415Q screen I usually use for two computers (a mac on HDMI and a PC on display port). Since this morning, I have a lock icon flashing closed and opened on the middle of the screen. The buttons on the side of the screen (configuration panel AND power button) do not work anymore. I tried pushing buttons for 30 seconds or more, nothing seems to work. Neither does changing resolution. I once managed to get the configuration panel, all buttons seems to be linked to the cancel button. It seems plausible that cancel/menu button is always pressed for the display, flashing the lock and cancelling when I manage to get a menu. Anything I can do to unlock/repair the screen?

Hello,
Is there any hardware way ( meaning not using the menu) to reset the screen settings or reset to factory default values?

According to the P2415Q User's Guide page 35, press and hold the Exit button above the power button for 10 seconds.

You can try a power reset. If that does not correct the issue, it should be exchanged.
* Turn the monitor off
* Disconnect the monitor power cable and all other cables from the rear/bottom/side of the monitor
* If a mechanical monitor power button, press the button in for 30 seconds (clears any residual power in the circuits). If not a mechanical power button, just wait for 30 seconds
* Reconnect all cabling and retest

Hello, I tried that. It unlocks the menu for exactly 10 seconds. Then it re-locks itself and re-unlock itself every 10 seconds each. As if the Exit button is always pressed. Anything else I can try?
