P2415Q, MacBook Pro, not recognizing DP port?
Somehow when I first got the Dell P2415Q I got the monitor to work using a USB-3(c) cable to DP,
plugged
into the DP in port of the P2415Q and the USB Type-C port to the MacBook Pro. I went on a trip, and
unplugged the P2415Q and cable and shut off the P2415Q. Came back and tried to use the P2415Q with the USB Type-C to DP cable and the MacBook Pro or P2415Q won't recognize the DP port. I can use an HDMI cable and the P2415Q works.

* What video out ports are on the MacBook Pro? intel Iris Plus Graphics 655 1536 MB. I have it plugged into the Thunderbolt 3 on the right side. It does not work on any of the Thunderbolt 3 plugs and the cable works for other applications
