P2417H, ghosting issue
As you can see in the video below, whenever there is combination of white and gray, scrolling produces yellow or blue ghosting artifacts (0:09, 1:09, 2:06, 4:09).
Serial number is CN-0CW6Y7-74261-64R-3TML-A00
Are there any newer revisions of this monitor where this problem is fixed?

I have no data on revisions.
* Can you replicate the issue with that website on a different computer and this monitor?
* If possible, test both the VGA and DP on the monitor
* Reset the monitor using the OSD (On Screen Display) -Others (page 32)
* Choose Factory Reset, Reset All Settings
* Exit the OSD and retest
* If installed, uninstall the Dell Displays Manager, reboot, and retest

Yes, both my PC and MacBook.

Not possible to test VGA, because I don't have any devices that support VGA. My devices have only DP (PC) and HDMI (MacBook).
* Choose Factory Reset, Reset All Settings
Nothing changed, as you can see in the video below.

I have never installed that application.

Still not sure if the monitor is at fault here. You may initiate a like for like monitor exchange. Test the replacement before sending any monitor back to Dell. If the replacement monitor does not have the issue, keep it and send us the original monitor. If the replacement monitor has the SAME issue, I doubt that they both could be defective. Send the replacement monitor back to Dell. Look to the operating system, cabling, video card drivers, or video card as the culprit.

"Look to the operating system, cabling, video card drivers, or video card as the culprit."
1. I am testing it on TWO OSes, MacOS ON MY MacBook (as external display), and WINDOWS 10 on my PC, same problem on both.
OS IS NOT THE PROBLEM.
2. I am testing with both HDMI (2 cables) AND DP (1 cable) CABLES, same problem on all three of them.
CABLES ARE NOT THE PROBLEM.
3. Video cards I have tested it on: Intel 540 on my MacBook, Intel 530 on my PC's i5 6600k, GTX 1060 on my PC, same problem on all three of them.
VIDEO CARDS ARE NOT THE PROBLEM.
Here is the attached video comparing my MacBooks screen against P2417h (connected to Intel 530 on my PC), Mac display is on the left. First you have ghosting in Google Inbox, than on 2:10 on Dell's support forums on the P2417h, and none of those on the Mac display.

So, is this ugly yellow ghosting, I have never saw in my life on any monitor I have used, a feature of P2417h? Or is Dell planning to release a revision which will fix the problem.
Thanks, and I hope that this time you will actually check the videos or text I wrote.

There are no internal reports of a systemic issue with this monitor. You should initiate a like for like monitor exchange.

I did some further testing for people who may experience the same issue.
This time monitor is connected to my GTX 1060 over DP.

Timestamp:
0:00 Standard preset, contrast 65 - everything is fine
0:45 Standard preset, contrast 69 - you can see yellow ghosting on grey elements
2:14 Warm preset, beside yellowish ghosting, you can see violet ghosting on blue elements
3:38 Back to standard preset, contrast 69, violet ghosting is gone, but you can still see yellow ghosting
4:35 Back to Standard preset, contrast 65, everything is fine, no ghosting
Maybe it's not systematic, but here's the thread on benchmark.rs where where we ended up with 8 defective monitors - forum.benchmark.rs/showthread.php
