P2418HT, downloadable firmware update?
Where can I download the latest firmware?
I bought one P2418HT in December that has the firmware M2T106 and in March I bought a second P2418HT that has the firmware M2T206.
This article updated November 2020 explains how to update firmware and where to download. P2418HT is in the list of monitors that supports firmware updates. But the problem is there is no firmware or firmware updaters to download just drivers and software that has nothing to do with firmware. Because I have two P2418HT of the same model with different firmwares, I know for sure there are updates. So I does not really buy when support tells me that there is no firmware updates for the P2418HT. I really want to update because the older screen has a bit slower touch response time.

That generic monitor firmware update article is incorrect in listing every Dell monitor model. I have reported this flaw to the authors of that article.
The P2418HT driver page never offered downloadable firmware updates. The P2418HT documents page never offered a firmware update document.

No the documentation does not say that but you release the product with different firmware. That tells me that you have updates but you are unwilling to let a consumer download and update them self. I have 2 of this model and there is different firmware and one monitor respond to touch faster. Knowing that there are newer firmware also tells me that you have improved things in the newer version. maybe touch response time and with denying me updates for products I payed great money for is the same as you deny me product support and denying me to have fully working products. To bad "someone made a mistake" with the update information page. Then please tell me then, what products was it intended for? And if it does not support the P2418HT and maybe other monitors.
