P2418HT, dual, touchscreen not working, #2

Hello Eduardo,

Did you happen to get a solution on this from Dell? I recently purchased the same monitor and it works perfectly as a monitor but no touchscreen function. I have mine set up through a Dell Dock D6000 dock. Just curious as I have run every troubleshooting scenario I can find and none of them have allowed me to actually use a touchscreen function on this monitor. Any info you may have would be great.
