P2418HT, touch stops working
I have a problem with touch screen in my dell monitor. After a short time of working properly, touch stops working. Screen is working fine, but touch is gone. Only when I turn off and on the monitor, it starts working again for a while. Any help would be nice.
PC: Dell wyse 5070
intel Celeron j4105 1.5GHz
8gb ram
win 10 enterprise
Monitor is connected via cables that came with him - power cable, usb-b 3.0 and display port cable.

Our users need more data before they can assist with this older monitor =
* What PC model?
* What operating system?
* Explain in detail how the PC is connecting to the P2418HT using all ports and cables
