Thanks.

PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) and DCM (Direct Current Modulation) are never actually stated in our online User's Guide specifications. There are no reported flicker complaints on this Forum. You should test/use one at a local store before purchasing one directly from Dell.

I read this post which says Dell U2417H using DCM (Direct Current Modulation) rather than PWM (Pulse Width Modulation). Also, I check the specs from Dell's Official website. In P2417H description: Dell's ComfortView feature helps to reduce harmful blue light emission onscreen and with direct current, a flicker-free viewing experience is enabled. How come it's next generation P2419H using PWM as flicker-free technology? As far as I know, PWM may not work in low brightness but DCM can guarantee in any brightness, that's why I care about which flicker-free tech used on monitors.

The monitor manufacturer chooses the technology based on our price point. The P2419H sales page states, "Easy on the eyes: This TUVi Certified monitor has a flicker-free screen with ComfortView, a feature that reduces harmful blue light emissions. It’s designed to optimize eye comfort even over extended viewing.". But does not specify PWM or DCM.
