P2419H, stand not locking in all the way?

Question

Hi,

I just moved my Dell P2419H in it's original box with all the factory protection and I'm having this issue.

When I lock the monitor on the stand in the only possible way, it stays loose at the bottom locks.

I'm not finding any way to tighten the lock. I tried pressing the release button at locking and locking without pressing but wiggles anyways. Hope someone here has a solution.

* Reply to the DELL-Cares private message with the P2419H Service Tag number
* Turn the P2419H off
* Disconnect all cables from the P2419H
* Spread a towel on the desk
* Lay the P2419H panel side down on the towel
* Lift up on the stand base with your left hand, press the stand release button with right hand and disconnect stand assembly from the P2419H
* In same manner, reconnect the stand assembly to the top of the bracket at 45° in the slots. Does it fit and lock fully?
