P2715Q, double image problem

Question

I have a 7 year old Dell P2715Q. It is showing image in background like I start Windows and it shows my wallpaper. But when I open an app like chrome or something I can see chrome opened, but in background I can also see my wallpaper and desktop icons. It's like transparent or like glass that I can see my wallpaper with in chrome or other apps. I tried to restore my setting of monitor but the problem is still there. Even I turned of my pc and monitor and plug out HDMI and then turn on my monitor even know I can see my wallpaper there very light not clear but its there even my HDMI is plugged out. its mostly seen in black windows.

Open the online P2715Q User's Guide to page 44. Run the no video card cable Built-in Diagnostics. If you see the wallpaper image during the test, the monitor is faulty.
