P2719H, two using DP ports?
I recently purchased a set of P2719H monitors. I'm unable to set up the dual monitors. Monitor 1 has in and an out DP port while 2 only has the in. So after connecting an HDMI source to 1 and then 1-DP Out to 2-DP In. I have downloaded the Dell Display Manager, made sure all the drivers are up to date, ran both diagnostic tests on each monitor (which they both passed). Both monitors give me the No DP cable window if I change the input to DP on either screen regardless of what input the other one is on, meaning I tried both monitors in every possible combination of input sources, as well as switching the DP cable from In to Out on 1 and back again. What am I missing here?!

That is incorrect. You provided two private P2719H Service Tags.
The P2719H does not have a DP out port. See the online P2719H User's Guide =
List every video out port on your PC.
