I have an E6320 with mini-HDMI and VGA ports. The mini-HDMI was working just fine, then just stopped working. That is why I tried a different cable, then the VGA port, then the Mini DisplayPort, then a Precision M4400. I don't think anything is wrong with the monitor. It was working great, but just today started to have some resolutions problems (There was a big ios X update yesterday.) I can't see the info on the menu bar now, but I am thinking that is adjustable with resolutions.
* Turn the E6320 and P2815Q off * Disconnect the P2815Q power cord from the bottom of the monitor * Press and hold in the P2815Q power button for 10 seconds * Connect in this way = E6320 mHDMI out --> mHDMI to HDMI cable --> P2815Q HDMI in (Disconnect all other video cables from the monitor) * Turn the E6320 on * Turn the P2815Q on * Press the monitor Menu button * Choose Input Source HDMI * Exit the Menu * You might have to tell the E6320 to engage the external monitor. There might be key that does this or you do it in Display Properties
