please help me: normal or bad glow?

Hi,

ok i know that glow/bleeding is normal for an ips monitor but yesterday i got my first ips monitor, a dell u2713hm, and it doesn't seem to me too good. I annex some photos i took. First taking the exposures on glowed top angle (long exposure)

and then reducing the time to get a more natural effect (short exposured)

so  is it normal or i have a bad item?
