Power button constantly flashing on/off!
Very sorry, but I don't know the model of my monitor.
For the past few months my Dell monitor's power button has been blinking between green and yellow while making a clicking sound. Thanks to anybody who helps.

Look on the rear of the monitor for a label. We need the 20 digit serial number. So when connected to a computer, does anything appear on the monitor?

The serial number is CN-0H8513-64180-54R-1BUS.
Nothing is displayed on the monitor, although the sound and the light stop blinking when I hold the menu button.

That is the 10 year old E193FP monitor. Turn it off. Disconnect it from the computer. Turn it on. If the self-test does not appear on screen, the monitor is defective.
