I am using the browser that you shipped. I can instal most of the non dell-items, with the exception of google Chrome. The instalation crushes and displays "unknown error". There is also no sound when browsing, youtube, msn etc.
I'm quite dissapointed, its a brand new pc, just took it out from the box and connected for the first time yesterday and there is so many issues with it. Is it normal? Can it be a hardware issue?
I have good and bad news. The technician managed to fix my system. The PC hardware is fine, it was the corrupted system that did not allow me to instal anything. After reinstaling windows he was able to instal the touch screen software. Here's where the bad part starts. The touch screen only detects touch in the bottom two thirds of the screen. They will replace the monitor within a week. Hopefully that will be it.

Thanks for quick reply,
Should I download all of them or just "run" from the web? Do I have to run the instal from the CD as well or is that it?
Thanks
Daniel

Unfortunately, after donwloading the files and trying to run them as Admin they aren't working.
The same message appears again: Invalid self extractior configuation. This file may be corrupted.
I can run the drivers without any problems on my Vista based Dell Studio

Can you download and install non-Dell items? Are you using the browser we shipped?

Doubt it. Have you done all of the Windows High Priority updates? I never install the Optional ones.
