Problem with E228WFP

Good morning,

I write you because I have a problem with my screen e228wf.
Sometimes my screen becomes black but the led power remains green. I am obliged to turn off it , to wait and to relight it.

I did not find resolution, so if you have one solution please say it me.

In warranty - Get it replaced by Technical Support. They will need the following data -

Monitor Order number or PC Service Tag number if purchased with a PC:
Monitor 20 digit PPID number found on the back on a label or on the slider card on the left rear:
Reason: E228WFP goes to black with green LED

Out of warranty -
* Bad Inverter Board Symptom: No Display ( No Picture) on screen but Power Indicate light stays on green or Screen Flickering
* Bad Power Supply Symptom: No power, No Indicator lights are green on front panel
* Order the DELL E228WFPc 715G2244-2 Inverter and Power Module
