Problem with E248WFP - Big problems.

Question

Hi,   Yesterday I bought E248WFP, and im really defeated.   Why?   First - The colors. Red color is extremly bright. I tryied to fix it using User Colors. Now colors are better but still not so good as in my Inspirion e1505.   Second - something is wrong with refresh rate I think, becouse i cannot look at white and other bright colors, they are 'moving'. Like on small refresh rate on old CRT's   Third. The monitor cannot display vertical lines every 2 px with olive background ( this file: http://pliki.pigmej.eu/test.png ). The image is not 'stable', it 'moves'. Small horizontal lines ( about 200 px ) are moving around the screen. Other tests are 'passed'   Can anyone help me ?

If you just got it, time to call dell and complain, you have a very short window of time to get it exchanged

How long do you get to exchange a monitor if something's wrong w/ it? I just ordered a XPS 630i, w/ the E248WFP monitor.

Ruski07, As long as you have warranty, a defective monitor can be exchanged.
