Problem with viewing videos

Hi all,

 

For the longest time now I've had an issue when playing games online or when viewing some videos, specifically any type of video I download through iTunes.  The video always pauses while the audio will continue to play.  Sometimes both the audio and the video will freeze.  It's just never a continuous solid stream of video and audio.  What can I do to try and resolve the problem?
