Replacement U2715H monitors, poor QA

Hello,

I'm posting this to voice my disappointment at the build quality of the replacement U2715H monitors I've received. I'm currently on my third, soon to be fourth replacement.

Replacement monitor 1; the bezel wasn't flush and was quite distracting, my original monitor had an entirely straight bezel.

Replacement monitor 2; same problem as #1 but also had a physical blemish on the centre of the panel.

Replacement monitor 3; the rear USB port is misaligned and unusable;

I also want to mention that my original U2715H suffered from a dark patch on the display - which was the reason for its return. The replacements, though suffering from the aforementioned defects didn't have such a dark patch and had very good pictures.

On a slightly related note, the UK email support system has been terrible, at times I've waited over a week for a response and lately, I've been receiving late replies instructing me to call instead due to an issue with their email systems. Phone contact is inconvenient for me, not least because of the lengthy call queues.

Complaints over, for now.

Original monitor = 20 digit serial number? Dark patch on panel
Replacement monitor 1 = 20 digit serial number? Bezel wasn't flush
Replacement monitor 2 = 20 digit serial number? Bezel wasn't flush, physical blemish on the center of the panel
Replacement monitor 3 = 20 digit serial number? The side USB port is misaligned and unusable
