S2216H display driver error, Windows 7
Hi, I have exactly same problem.
I have bought s2216h monitor.
Intel Pentium 4 processor, Intel desktop board D915GVWB
Integraded graphics card. On Windows 7 starter.
Please help me with the issue

Did you install S2216H driver? Does the S2216H appear in the device manager? Did you update the Intel drivers and retest DDM?
