Do you see the issue when the monitor is disconnected from the computer and you run the Built-in Diagnostics, page 33?

before i have'nt installed ddm
now i have installed i have changed the settings and saw same problem
i have connected to other's pc also
Ya i have installed i have changed the settings and saw same problem
I do not think the monitor is faulty. Did you install the Dell Displays Manager? If yes, did you test video BEFORE installing DDM?
Ya Tomorrow Engineer is coming to check
what would be the problem
Then get it exchanged.
