S2216H, Windows update 2004, DDM not detecting?

Hi,

I had DDM working perfectly for my S2216H for the longest time. But after the recent update to Windows 2004, it doesn't seem to detect my S2216H, even though the S2216H shows up with the proper name in the Device Manager. I've tried reinstalling DDM several times now. Added my diagnostic info below. Many thanks.
