Run the monitor Factory Reset page 30, Self-Test, BID (Built-in Diagnostic) pages 38-39, which remove the computer and cabling from the troubleshooting. Do you see the issue when running the tests?
Thanks for suggestions. Now scar on top-right is not appearing, but two horizontal lines are appearing on screen.
I run "Built-in Diagnostics". I observed on grey screen (first screen in Diag.) I am getting two lines on the screen one on top and other at bottom (same lines are appearing on normal working screen), for other colour (Red, green, blue, black, white) those lines are not appearing. Is there any issue with monitor? how to solve this?

You could try running the LCD Conditioning for several hours. Page 32. If still no fix and still under warranty, read this.
