S2340M Dual Monitors problem

Question

I have an Asus tower that has HDMI and the other 2 standard video card ports. I currently have 1 of my S2340M monitors connected via HDMI and my other monitor connected via VGA (2 seperate cables). The software that comes with the monitor is installed in my Asus already. I noticed when I open a photo the background of the program (or frame) is not white but off white on 1 monitor and when I move it to the other monitor its true white. Another thing is when I open Photoshop it tells me about some software not being installed and gives me the option to ignore. I open the program and the white is off white.  Is this because both monitors are plugged into the tower instead of a 2 in 1 cable into the tower?

* Are you referring to a single add in video card that has the following video out ports? HDMI, VGA, DVI? If yes, what specific video card?

The S2340M shipped with a VGA to VGA cable. The S2340M has the following video in ports = VGA, DVI

I need a better explanation how the computer is connected to the two monitors using what cables and converters?

Its a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 (DVI, VAG and HDMI)

Monitor 1 is DVI to HDMI

Monitor 2 VGA to VGA

Slots used on computer are the HDMI and VGA. This is the error I get twice (Guess because 2 monitors) when I open Photoshop.

We released two drivers (CAT/ICM/INF) for the S2340M. I am not sure what Photoshop is looking for? You might need to ask on the Adobe Forums.
