S2340MC only displaying random flashing colors
My S2340MC monitor does not seem to be working anymore. I've tried it with different VGA cables and different computers and it does not work, so it is definitely a monitor issue. I got it for Christmas last year and are wondering if I'd be able to get it replaced. It was bought from Best Buy, I still have the invoice from it, but it seems there was a misprint on the invoice as it says S2240M so I'm hoping this won't be an issue, but it is my invoice for this monitor. This isn't a tech issue I'm asking about a replacement.

Sniper5670,
Have you called tech support and if so, what did they say?
When does your warranty expire?

This does not help seeing as it's impossible to email customer support without a service tag or order number. From what I understand monitors do not have service tags, so I can't send an email to support.

You have to call into Customer Support for your country.
Purchased from CostCo, Walmart, Best Buy, Amazon, Buy.com, generic reseller, etc.
* 24" and smaller monitors do not get a Dell Service Tag number. Because you did not purchase the monitor directly from Dell, you must follow these steps below -
* Save the invoice from the store. Based on the purchase date on that invoice, we will warranty the monitor for 3 years from your purchase date. If you ever need a monitor replacement, you will need to contact Customer Service Order Support (not Technical Support) for your country. You will provide to them via email a picture or PDF of the original invoice showing us the purchase date, and your information. If you lose the original invoice, we will not warranty the monitor. So you would provide the following data to the Order Support representative if you ever need a monitor replacement:
Brick or Online Store =
Purchase date =
Monitor Model =
Monitor 20 digit PPID serial number =
[Your]
Email =
Name =
Shipping Address =
Phone =
