Two non-supported scenario which we cannot address.
The out of warranty 2013 S2340T touch ability was never tested/validated with the proprietary Apple operating system and hardware or even with Windows 10. We only tested/validated touch with Windows 7/8/8.1. The touch driver itself is native to the supported operating system. We did not provide a specific touch driver. You would need to find a Windows PC with the supported operating system Windows 7/8/8.1 to test the S2340T touch ability.
