S2415H, Colored thin vertical lines

Hi,

I'm getting the described vertical lines on my monitor. Number of lines and width of lines have been increasing the past week. My warranty expired few months ago. Is there anything I can do to fix or prevent these lines? My setup is MacBook Pro 2017 with USB-C to HDMI converters. I have tried changing the HDMI cables, USB-C converters/hubs, and sources. I have also tried Factory resetting the monitor.

Any help is appreciated.
