S2417DG, bought from Dell, exchange question?
I am also facing the same problem as these users. I bought it directly from Dell. The worst part about your RU (Refurbished/Used) policy is that I might not get the same (that was what your representative said over the phone) monitor. This is the only 2K G-Sync monitor form Dell. I paid $700 for this.

If outside of the first 30 days from the purchase date from Dell, you will receive a "like for like S2417DG" RU exchange.
An unlike monitor model exchange would only happen if the original monitor was end of life (3 years after release date) and we do not have any left to exchange.
