We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

Click the blue DELL-Cares username. Their profile page will appear. On the right click, "Send this user a private message". They will need the private monitor Service Tag and 20 digit serial number. Check the rear label.

Pictures will not show us a flicker. You need to upload a video of the flickering, then provide the link to the DELL-Cares agents.

Did you test both of the S2419H HDMI in ports?
Do you see any flickering when running the stand alone Built-in diagnostics, page 40 in the online S2419H User's Guide
