S2716DG, G-Sync mode issues

Question

Hello I have a problem. I have my Xbox Series S connected via HDMI and PC RTX 2070 Super connected via DP. When I launching PC, G-Sync mode is active. When I am playing some game games on my Xbox Series S and then go back to PC, G-Sync mode is replaced by Normal mode? And even inside driver control panel everything related to G-Sync just gone. I don't have any option to choose monitor technology that is normally available. The only workaround that I found is replugging DP on my  RTX 2070 super. Why there is a such a problem? It's really annoying.

I don't have warranty anymore so only option for me is calling service. Could you answer me here?
