The offered S2721HN driver and DDM (Dell Display Manager) will not work in the Apple macOS. But that does not mean that the S2721HN HDMI in ports would not work when connected to a Mac. The best advice we can give is that you start a new thread on the Apple Forum asking other Apple users for their opinions.
