S2721QS, difference between warranties?

Hi all,

I'm keen to buy a Dell S2721QS, but I'm bit confused about the warranty schemes. It seems it comes with a 3 year Advanced Exchange Service and Premium Panel Exchange warranty. But I can also upgrade it to 3 year ProSupport Premium Panel with Advanced Exchange Service for some extra cost.

Can someone please explain the difference between these two? It is quite confusing, kind of double billing here.

This sounds like I have to pay extra to get cover for warranty?

I do not see an option to add ProSupport on the Dell Australia S2721QS sales page? Where do you see it?
