S2722QC, macOS, firmware update?
Any ideas how to update this S2722QC? The docs say that it needs a USB Upstream cable but there's no corresponding port on the monitor - just usb/usbc and hdmi. Bonus points on how to do this from a macOS MacBook?

None of the S series monitors are validated for macOS. Read the Pinned post, "Dell monitor, Apple FAQ".
The S2722QC drivers page only shows Windows OS. It is impossible to run a Windows OS firmware from your MacBook.
* Update, Dell_S2722QC_FWUpdate_M3B102_Windows.exe was released on March 16, 2023 to the S2722QC Drivers & Downloads page.
