S2722QC, macOS problems
The screen arrived yesterday and i'm very disappointed, the speakers don't work, when I switch to Dell's speakers the video is jumping and freeze, (here's a screen record: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1govR6RgQg5yR73XlqjCRC8Yum_6M8SZN/view). In addition I tried to enter the DDPM software, but it doesn't work either, a screenshot of the error is attached. In addition, I connected the screen to my Dell Hub with type-c and the screen doesn't work unless I connect the cable directly to the the laptop, I connected the screen to my other computer with a Windows OS to upgrade the screen firmware but I see i'm in the last version (M3B201).
I'm using MacBook Pro M1 (Ventura 13.3.1).

In other words the speakers and the DDPM doesn't work in MacBook Pro M1.
What about the Dell Hub issue?

What do you mean "Dell Hub"?
If you mean a Dell docking station, I do not think any of those offer macOS validation.

Yeah.. i'm using dell docking station and it's working great in my macOS, but the screen type-c doesn't work with it, it's working only if I connect the type-c directly from the screen to my mac

As the FAQ above states, Dell cannot assist because none of the S series monitors are tested/validated by Dell on macOS. Post the issues on the Apple Forum to see if they can help.
