S3220DGF, screen cracked, #4
Only had monitor for 5 months. The screen suddenly appeared like this. Dell says they won't cover accidental damage. Support says it was physically damaged, which is not true. Sent a private message to DELL-Cares.

If there was a "systemic" defect of the S3220DGF panel, we would be seeing many more complaints out here. We have not received any messaging from the Displays Team that there is a systemic fault with the panel.

10 is 10 too many. You may think that is a margin of error or level of acceptable failures. There are 10 individual user posts with the similar scenario; screen was fine and then suddenly not fine, with the same visible type of screen image deformity. The screen was not moved, it wasn't dropped, hit or rubbed. The screen and bezel have no scratches or marks of any kind.
