Screen Menu appearing & disapearing
Monitor E207WFPc The screen menu randomly pops up and disapears. when it is displayed I can cancell by pushing the cancell button via the monitor buttons. But i cant stop the menu appearing.
Any help would be appreciated

Thanks for your input but the buttons are ok.
I have done all the monitor checks ie disconnecting the monitor from the computer and the test is fine so it is not the monitor, but as soon as I reconnect it to the up it pops again and again and again. But the other starange thing is the sytem has to be on for about an hour before the problem starts.
I think its a softwaer problem and most likley the video card but I dont know how to prove it.

Intresting problem.. few questions,
is the time alwasy constant like what happen if you restarr the machine after the problem started, will it take again 2 hrs for the problem to re-appear?
Did you update any drivers or any software recently.
Can you tell me exactly when this problem started to appear.

I'm having the same problem with the same monitor. It started after 13 months so no warranty.
I became so frustrated that I hooked up my old HP M70 which works fine.
Yesterday I tried the E207WFPc again. It works great during boot up. Once the computer boots it goes into power save mode. The screen goes blank and the on button goes to yellow. When I turn on the on button the screen displays Digital power save mode for about 4 seconds and then goes blank. I turned the computer on in safe mode and the monitor worked fine. What setting do I have wrong?
