SE2717H, AMD RX 5600 XT, current input timing is not supported

I'm getting this error on my screen. I can bypass and enter windows but it comes up each time I boot. I see others having the same issue with this model.

I'm connected to HDMI, my video card is AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT. Confirmed my monitor is in device manager. the model I have is SE2717HR and the device manager shows DELL SE2717 H/HX(HDMI). From my understanding both same models.

Note: I do have a separate laptop hooked up to VGA output

Please Help!!
