Monitors do not have service tags. If the monitor came with a computer, the computer's tag is used. With monitors bought separately, your invoice number is the id. You really don't need a tag or invoice just to get drivers and a manual. Search Drivers and Downloads, monitor drivers in the left column and search for manuals using the model numbers. The first monitor manual I found by using Bing and searching for U2410 manual. It's here. Not sure about the Belgium web site, but it should be similar.
