ST2410 two the same monitors with same problem
I have two ST2410 monitors. These monitor were in everyday use.
The first monitor started turning a red colour and started flashing. Within 2 days the display turned off.
Everytime turn it back on it stays on for 2 seconds but turns itself off again.
The 2nd monitor lasted a month longer and the same problem occured.
Any help or ideas much appreciated thanks.

When and from who did you purchase these monitors? What are the 20 digit serial numbers?
* Disconnect every cable from the monitor including the power cable
* If a mechanical button, press and hold in the power button for 15 seconds. If not, just wait 30 seconds
* Reconnect only the power cable to the monitor
* Atempt to power it on. What appears onscreen?

I cannot tell from your response if the out of warranty monitors performed correctly or not when disconnected from the computer? Open the User's Guide. Click "Solving Problems". Read through Self-Test and Built-in Diagnostics.

I brought them into electrical store. They informed me that the backlight fuse had gone on both but that they weren't in a position to fix them. What should I do?
