Since the 24" and smaller monitors do not have a Dell Service Tag number, you will need to contact Dell Australia team (1800-812-393) to get the monitor replaced. They will need the following data from you: Email Address: Name: Shipping Address: Phone Number: Dell Monitor Order number: Dell Monitor 20 digit PPID number: Reason: ST2420L powers off, fails STFC

Disconnect all cabling from the monitor except the power. Does it still turn off?
