Is the SX2210T the only monitor connected to the PC?

I only connect PC to SX2210T using VGA and USB after I try HDMI when I got the monitor last month. So, what do I miss? Thank you for your help.

Did you try the monitor USB cable on all of the PC rear USB ports?

Yes, i did also i try switch with printer usb cable which is the same cable come with monitor.
