Note =
Dell did not test/validate this U2410 on the proprietary Apple operating system or hardware.
* The U2410 driver page only shows Windows drivers
* The U2410 User's Guide only mentions Windows
* Your best chance of getting assistance with non-supported Apple products on our U2410 is the Apple Forum

Self-Test =
* Turn the U2410 off
* Disconnect the U2410 from the PC
* Disconnect all other devices plugged into the U2410 so the only thing plugged in is the U2410 power cord
* Turn the U2410 on. The Self Test should appear. Does it stay on?

Get it replaced if still under warranty.

yup I did that too. Even the self-test can't be seen.   I tried asking the local repairmen here, they mentioned something about the inverter.

any other ideas?

In any warranty, if the exchange is setup inside the first 21 days from the invoice date, the replacement will be New. Ouside of the first 21 days from the invoice date, the replacement will Refurbished/Used.
