No, that is not normal. Contact UK Order Support. Escalate to a manager. Tell them that since you are now looking at a 5th replacement, that they should waive normal policy and send you a NEW exchange rather than a used exchange.
Can the process be done through you?, because it seems when ever I contact monitor support I get sent yet another faulty monitor. Also I think its in Dells best interest if they want to keep a customer, I have been buying dell monitors from you for about 10 to 15 years and I have never had a problem like this.
