U2413, backlight bleed

Ok some I am now on my 4th monitor replacement from Dell. My 4th being worse than the first.

No, that is not normal. Contact UK Order Support. Escalate to a manager. Tell them that since you are now looking at a 5th replacement, that they should waive normal policy and send you a NEW exchange rather than a used exchange.

Can the process be done through you?, because it seems when ever I contact monitor support I get sent yet another faulty monitor. Also I think its in Dells best interest if they want to keep a customer, I have been buying dell monitors from you for about 10 to 15 years and I have never had a problem like this.

There is not a UK specific forum. This is the english channel forum. But I am in the USA. You must contact Dell UK Order Support via phone, email, or chat.
