U2413, Factory Service Menu?
Hi,
The U2410 had a FSM (Factory Service Menu) you could access by holding a combination of buttons on powerup. Does the U2413 have this?

Hello Adrain2014,
In order to assist you further, please help me understand if you are referring to the Built-in Diagnostics or the OSD Menu. If you are referring to the Built-in Self Diagnostics, please read the following details:
Dell U2413 has a built-in diagnostic tool that helps you determine if the screen abnormality you are experiencing is an inherent problem with your monitor, or with your computer and video card.
NOTE: You can run the built-in diagnostics only when the video cable is unplugged and the monitor is in self-test mode.
To run the built-in diagnostics:
The test is complete when the white screen appears. To exit, press Button 4 again.
If you do not detect any screen abnormalities upon using the built-in diagnostic tool, the monitor is functioning properly. Check the video card and computer.
Hope this helps!

The Dell FSM (Factory Service Menu) is only used by our service centers. If you make a change in it and break the monitor, this voids your purchased Dell warranty. Dell technical support cannot assist with the FSM.
