U2414H, display messed up and cannot use ocd settings

Question

The problem is presented in the video here;

The monitor was operating normally and after I came back from the restroom it was like this, the video presented the picture when there is no video connection , only with power. When connecting through video connection(hdmi) the picture displays but keeps flashing and flickering.

I cannot use ocd settings, only the input source menu shows no matter which button I click. So I cannot reset it to factory settings.

Anyone knows how to resolve the issue ?

I just tried to activate the BID by clicking button 1 and 4 at the same time, as you can see in the video here, it doesn't work. There is no "grey" color test shows. And I also do a monitor power reset, but it hasn't changed anything, now with video connection off, and only power cable on, when I hit button 3, only the input source menu shows and what I can do is only to select the input , but cannot jump to other menus at all. And i have checked it is not locked.

Do the monitor BID (Built-in Diagnostics) colored screens appear? See page 56.

Do a monitor power reset. If that doesn't correct it, get it exchanged.
* Turn the computer and monitor off
* Disconnect all cables from the monitor including the power cable
* Press the monitor power button in for 10 seconds
* Reconnect all cabling
* Power on and re-test

I just tried the BID , holding button1 and 4 simultaneously but there is no grey color, then I tried monitor power reset, but after the reset, the problem hasn't be solved, when I hit button 3, only the input source menu shows, and I can only change the input source but not able to back to other menus at all. so I cannot factory reset.

This suddenly happened when it was used. And I just purchased the monitor less than 2 months ago from Amazon and no problems happened before . Please watch the video below to see what I am experiencing with. Thanks !

When I click the 'menu' button , the input source menu comes out and I can only view this menu and not able to back to other menus at all :( so I cannot even try factory reset.

You have to be connected to some video cable to see the Menu Factory reset. Test BOTH of the monitor HDMI inputs. When no video cable is present, all you can do is see the Input Source menu.
