U2414H, Half Screen Horizontal/Vertical Lines

I have 3 Dell U2414H for gaming. While in the middle of a game, one of the 3 monitors started displaying horizontal and 4 vertical lines bottom half of the monitor (SEE PICTURES). The lines slowly blink light and dark. I can still see the video while it is happening. When there is no input source and no video cables plugged in, it still happens, so it can't be my video card.

Things I've tried and has not fixed the issue: Power Cycle; Ran through the diagnostics from the Manual (page 56) and it display the lines while running the Diagnostics; Reset back to factory default settings.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
