U2414H, not switching on
Hi guys,
I have two of the Dell U2414H since the past 2-3 years, but there was never a point in time (well except maybe the first few weeks) where I have been able to work them simultaneously. And the surprising thing is, once you stop using one for a few days, it comes back to life on its own.I have had girlfriends, never as moody as this pair tbh. They just won't power on, until they do. The white light on the bottom of the screen does not work, and just one of these days it will start working, till it wont after a few days. But yes, getting two has helped me since one of them has almost always worked. Now that we are all in quarantine, I wish I could use both of them at the same time, mostly because, well, what else is there to life at this point except digital. Plus poker and stock markets = the more the better.
Can anyone help me with this? Why wont they power on? I have gone through the thread, and have of course tried to reset it after pulling all the cables out, but every time I put the power cable back on, the power light will not glow up. Can I tag Chris from Dell Support here? Also thanks for being so active Chris and helping the community with the support. It is truly a blessing.
Attaching the serial number along with this post.
Thanks in advance.S.no of one of the monitors

Built on March 1, 2015. Out of warranty on March 1, 2018. If the power button/reset does not bring them back, then they are defective. Some internal component has failed. Which one, unknown since Dell does not repair monitors.
* Turn the U2414H off
* Disconnect every cable (including the power cable) from the U2414H
* Press the power button in for 8 seconds (clears any residual power in the circuits). If not a mechanical power button, just wait 8 seconds
* Reconnect the power cable and one video cable to the U2414H and retest
