Disconnect the monitor from the PC video card cable and run the Built-in Diagnostics. Page 58 in the online U2414H User's Guide. If you do not see the issue when running the Built-in Diagnostics, the monitor is OK. The fault is either = video card cable video card driver video card

I have changed all the cables and it still happens, it keeps happening even if I connect only the power cable

Then some monitor internal component has failed. Which one we do not know because we do not repair monitors.
