U2415, Power Save Mode, #22
i bought xps17 and a u2514 monitor, when the computer is locked the monitor goes into power save mode.
how can i solve?

As I showed in the U2415 User's Guide, the U2415 is working as designed. No, you cannot turn off its power save mode.

I read on some forum, that by disconnecting the cables and holding the on / off button, a reset is performed and it seems to work for a while, is that true?

you can not disable the "power save mode" or lengthen the times?
