U2417H, backlight issue in vertical area

I bought Dell U2417H back in November 2018 (manufactured in February 2018, rev a07) and now I am having some issue with backlight. The issue can be seen on provided images and videos. In the beginning, there was a flickering, but now the dark and bright area is always shown on the left side of screen. I run a self-test to make sure that problem is with monitor and not with my display adapter or HDMI cable. Also, I did a factory reset, tried with other color present modes and disconnected monitor power cable to clear any residual power. Nothing changed.
