U2419H, automatic color temperature change, #2
I bought the same monitor on April 13th, 2019 and the past few days I've noticed the same color temperature problem described in this thread as well as this one. Has Dell found what causes the problem? Is it a hardware or software problem? And how to fix it? What's the best course of action I need to take right now?

Started your own thread.
For my Dell notes, click my name and private message me the U2419H service tag number and 20 digit alphanumeric serial number.
Has Dell found what causes the problem? No.
Is it a hardware or software problem? Unknown.
* If installed, uninstall DDM and restart the PC when done
* Retest
If still have issue, continue...
* Open the U2419H Menu
* Go to Display
- Set Sharpness to default 50
- Set Response Time to default Normal
* Exit the Menu
* Retest
If still have issue, continue...
* Per the other thread, you have to enter the FSM (Factory Service Menu) and set OD (OverDrive) and BURNIN to OFF. But every time the U2419H is turned off, you have to do this again

Unfortunately, none of the proposed steps worked.
I've PMed service tag and S/N.
